As Moya’s crew runs out of food they lean towards Chiana and her acquaintance for help on a giant Budong mining colony. As the crew reaches the colony they discover that there is a savage beast that is terrorizing the miners, and the leader ruling with an iron fist. Zhaan’s hunger reaches dangerous levels were her body sprouts buds that emit toxic pollen to protect her from predators.
